Best $5 mod ever! (USB ports)

I bought a couple USB cigarette lighter ports, and decided to make them permanent for charging phones, cameras, etc.
They were $2.49 each on eBay.

That's awesome. So you don't need the transformer part to charge the phone? My charger says 5volts

I can't hit it unless I pull my right leg WAY back into the thigh support and try to hit it. The placement is deceiving; it's totally out of the way.

I usually use it to charge my phone, which I also use as an iPod and rest in the front console nook. Seemed the most logical place for my needs without having wires draped all over.
