For those who had vinyl their car how much did it cost

I've been thinking of vinyl wrap since my 318is is covered in hail damage lol. thats probably one way that vinyl wrap is cost effective since it would cover up the hail damage. I wonder if the vinyl will stretch over the dimples or not.

This would leave an air bubble which will shrink and expand with the temperature. Which then stretches the vinyl and it gets saggy. Also, as soon as you washed it or anything touched it, the adhesive would stick it to the dimple's crater.

So pretty much no.

I would say order some and try doing it yourself. If it comes out like crap get it done by a pro.

My cousin has a sign shop and has some awesome oracal cast vehicle wrap sitting around. We are starting to do my car for about 200 bucks :-D
It's going to be quite vibrant when finished.
