In the Philippines, traffic is really really bad. Manual tranny is not at all practical and advisable.

its impressive the detail they go through on the restoration if you like everything to be original on your e30. they were going for originality.

id much prefer a 24v and 5 speed swap at least.

That's what I initially thought, then I worked for Volvo Philippines and sold a tons of cars. They cost a million or two pesos there.
