heh, my exhaust ports looked a lot worse than that. there were all kinds of huge bumps and ridges! I also smoothed out the short side radius, which had a sharp angle in it (on both intake and exhaust).

must say the smoked ellipsoids look so good with the black kidneys. I am so glad I am getting some smoked hellas as well next week. 8)

yes, I couldn't stand the way it looked with the chrome kidneys, even though I don't really like black ones that much. I sanded it down and painted it with SEM Trim paint, but I expect it to chip eventualy, so I might just get one of those MHW grill covers.

the strut brace is a wiechers sport, the only one they make (as far as I know) for the ix.
