Thats the Mosport GP track,I was just at Tremblant and its much nicer.Ron Fellows and a partner just bought Mosport so maybe it'll be brought back into shape.

Right now I have a 2002 I am fixing up, I've actually had it since I was 14 or so, but never really got motivation to fix it up until a few years ago. A bit of the E30 money will go towards making that project progress :)

Wow that's a great story! I also had no idea the e30 could be so competitive in fairly stock form (no flares) in autox.

Ur car has always been the one that convinced me to build a red mt2 e30.

To be honest, our local BMW follows a much different ruleset than I bet you guys do down south... Our classing is quite lax up here. I bet there are a few mods on my car that would hurt me if I ran competitively in the States. I only did it for fun, just winning it was icing on the cake. If I ran seriously, my car would look quite different... definitely to the limit of the rules lol.

Yessir. It is called the Canadian Motorsport Ventures Ltd IIRC, the public face of the company is Ron Fellows, quite a popular ambassador to Canadian Motorsports.

It was one of the track days I instructed at, I just asked the chief instructor if I could go out for a few laps with my buddies in a camera car.
