I'm definitely looking into going that route! I think I found a guy that can do it too, btw.. it'll be 5 speed swapped within the next month.... got all the parts sitting in my basement just begging to be bolted up

How far out do you search for E30 Verts? You always seem to be parting on in one shape or another. Can't be that lucrative.

Your M50 vert gets poor mileage? Something must be wrong because most I know as long as you stay out of the happy pedal 29 mpg is easy to get.

Boosted 318s are incredibly good, efficient and fast. A lot of E30 tuners consider them better than M20 strokers.

Just drove it up to the college park meet m42 is not bad at all i thought it would be super slow but on the highway i was rolling and getting good gas mileage...
I may love this car already. time to sell my black vert.
