Its like 3 timer + 4 more expensive on norway, not that i know how its in USA but i see parts are cheeper for Sure !:)

Both, i have a few contacts/1-sponsor in germany wich i get restored wheels and parts from, and i often look and buy on swedish and some times norwegian pages for used wheels wich need reshine, id say 50% of the wheels ive had ive restored myself, i also sometimes restore for a few other norwegians.
Right now I got for fun one "budget"-project , name are secret, but they are 3piece, very known, and i have only spent 318dollars so far and i just need 2 outerlips :D but its hard to find 3.5 or 4" :-(
