My new to me 325e *** UPDATED***

Hi to all! My name is Carlo I just bought my first BMW 325e I drive a Subaru but recently i got curious about e30's coz one of my friends have a 325is and I like the way the car stands out in the crowd so I picked up a 1986 325e Automatic, I know some of you will tell me I should've gotten a 5 speed but I figured since I'm not gonna go all crazy with power and my only intentions on this car is to make it look nice and VIP style and lastly so my wife can enjoy the car as well.

I posted pictures so you guys can give me inputs on how and where should i start.

    The day I got it....

I started cleaning the car by removing all the interior panels, carpets etc..

Got me Hella ellipsoid headlights for $106 shipped

Gave the ES valance to my friend and he got me a IX valance complete with fog lights and lip.

Then I got a set of 14" basketweaves with center caps and tires for $100 and I test fitted the front plastic bumper. With my friends help we did flush and change all the fluids on the car.

Decided that i want the metal bumpers back and tucked and finished removing all the tints. I then refinished the front grill and side mirrors. lastly added that missing door trim.

Next will be lowering the car with a new suspension....

So far the bads i notice:
Driver door doesnt lock when i use my key
    trunk wont lock as well
    Odomemter stop working
    Compressor is out
    no radio harness was cut
    Hard start but it runs

    My new Addition 1991 BMW 318is 5speed

looks pretty nice, though! looks like after-market exhaust though?

do all of the maintenance items first, then move on to some suspension. At least that's what I think.

The valance is an ES valance.

You have a stock ES front valence with some sort of ricer sticker.

few things look as good as the ES valence. i'd keep it.

looks like a decent start at a decent price. good luck.

I like the way the driving board looks with the newer style lower valance and fogs. Was that a simple bolt on thing to do, or did you have to modify the valance?
