Really, though. So, does Vlad refer to himself in third person because he is so arrogant or just thinks that's correct?

Personally I think a shorter door with a small rear quarter window would look awesome

Late model with a V8 for sure, although an S50 is no disappointment. Tailgate with split tails is a must though, if it was to be considered at all a ute.

I can't honestly say I like these...but I vote a late model, do an ix, with some small wheels and dirt tires, and make it work. After seeing vlad's stuff i feel he'll make it great.

But with building an e30 truck. Do something with the rear pillers. Cause every e30 truck someone does its just flat and looks cutoff back there. Finish it out like on the El Caminos

So on to the e30 truck idea. Do a late model, non BMW powered.... Say something different like a late model HEMI. If it would fit. Paint British racing green with a tan int. Breyton skirts, front valance and rear apron. Wheels something kind of shiny or a machine look to them. No stretch or poke though keep around 15" or 16"... And only do an outer shadowline, keep the kidneys chrome, and regular smilies, and go with french fogs.

^^ good call, it needs to have the regular c pillars with a recessed window or something to make it look right.

No chassis stretching! I have seen it, it looks terrible. I say cut the c pillar off and slide it up to the back of the door to finish it off.

Take a baur and do absolutely nothing to the roof. Work only on the rear seat and trunk area. When you build your partition between the bed and the front seats, add a full rear window just like any other pickup. Except, the rear window rolls down into the bed separator. With all the windows down, and the front FUNCTIONAL softop off... you'll have the only e30 convertible pickup in the world (as far as I know). Mtech 2 it, it will give it a more squared off stance. It will be pretty, it will be a pickup, it will be a vert, and it will be totally functional with a working softop. That one is a freebie. ;) Engines? M30 or M60 is the only way to go for a pickup e30. A supercharged M30 would be insane I think... and super cool.

I don't think they are thaatt expensive. And I would bet you can find a place to do a top for ya, if you had to. I just think if you want an e30 pickup to look good... this is the way to do it. The lines are already there... you just have to make a truck bed out of the rear. No roof chopping required.
