After looking at all of the shoddy work performed on both cars and the obvious lack of quality control in both instances, I think Vlad may just be the owner of the shop who goes off and plays golf and drives peoples prized possessions to shows without their permission. He reaps the "benefits" of owning a shop, but could obviously care less about quality. I am a service writer at a Kia dealership and we personally are responsible for ensuring that the requested work has been performed properly and completely BEFORE we re-deliver the vehicle. If the customer is not happy, we do anything we need to do to make it right. There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of quality and not resolving customer issues. I am glad that the moderators banned Vlad. We don't need that kind of lack of respect on this forum. Just my .02 cents.

when i was 17 i had my lebaron resprayed by maaco. (didnt know better.)

they did a MUCH better job than what vlad did to yans m3. sure there was a crap ton of over spray behind the headlights and on the radiator, but the exterior looked really nice.
