Picked up the rear bumper surrounds and its plumbed. Ive got to wait to buy the fluids and a few odds and ends to install but it shouldnt be long now. Anyways here she is. As you can see its a terrible idea to let me get bored around plasti dip but to be honest its kinda growing on me.

good news and bad news.......

had to grab the other project from the shop and it kicked the e30 out of the garage as its only in high build and has no windows.


but...

ill now be making transformers jealous w/ the allspark


stopped off at the engine builder and he had the mallory goodies. had him order the filter and some joe gibbs breakin oil. should be able to fire over and break it in this weekend if all goes well.

cooling and charging systems arent working real well. having a hard time perging the air from the rad.

How are you perging? one easy way i found is just leave the cap off and let the car idle. reving every 20-30 seconds and holding for 10~ second at a 2500-3000 rpm .. then after about a couple mins check and you should be able to top off. you may have to repeat acouple times.

basicly wound up refilling the rad once the tstat opened and topping it off. figured out the alt wiring too. went for a short drive but it needs a time and i have to find a timing tab. right now ive just got it closish. i dont want to get excited and mess up the motor because i didnt time it b4 i drove it.

swapped in a dif carb but im waiting on the timing tab for now.
