    Back like cooked crack!

Read TJ's tutorial, went out shooting, spent a while editing. 4 year old 2MP camera, too.

Anyways the car is better than ever, if I may be so blunt. The car was down for two weeks with a cracked cylinder head, it's slowly coming back to life. New rebuilt OEM (top to bottom, and I'm not exaggerating by any means) cylinder head, 16x7" ET25 ROH wheels, 225/45/16 Goodyear F1's / Kumho 712's, and I finally painted the lip again. All sorts of other tricks sitting around my house here, plus I owe MarkD some dyno time.

    Thanks for looking guys.

No pics of the wheels because the tunnel is so narrow, obviously.

They're ugly, they never show dirt, and they hold 225's without spacers. Perfect wheels.

Same applies to Koseis (minus the ugly part)...so um..when do we get to see how much power you're making?!

You know I almost bought the RZ's, and spoke with Gary a few times and almost nabbed a set of LS'. In the end, as much as I think 15's make most sense on an E30, tires made the decision for me. The two best street tires out there are arguably the RT-615 and R-S2's, and both aren't available in an E30-proper diameter and/or 225 width until you hit 16" and up. I did the undersized tire thing in the past and it looked goofball to me. R-S2's come in 225/45/16, and they will be on the car as soon as I burn off the already excellent 225/45/16 tires currently mounted.

Thanks for the words fellas. And the rims aren't really that ugly, some people seem to like them. And TJ, it was funny, at the MidnightCruise I threw together for maX, I had more than one E30 guy compare my transition to yours; that the whole black rim and body color lip completely flips the car to a new look. I'm feelin' it, though I'll probably catch just as much flack from people obsessed with the old rims.

I dig your car Jay, you know. As far as the rims go, I think they look good, very beefy.

                              Sold.

I loved the old rims but Jay wouldn't lower the damn car enough for them, something about suspension travel. The new rims suit his car (and mindset) a lot better. We are having an e30 meet on sunday so I am sure someone will take some pics then.

I gotta wash my damn car for that.

                              Sold it.
