Congratulations. You've made me fall for another old unattainable car.
    Seriously BEAUTIFUL!

    ALSO:

This cat looks so human to me. It's terrifying.

Corvairs are pretty easy to find and cheap to pick up, and parts are priced decent for them too.

And thats Tubby, he was my buddy. Always there if you was outside or in the garage. R.I.P. ol' boy.

I think it's better looking than a Porsche though.

Thanks! Although it is starting to show its age, the paint is 10yo and hasnt been wet sanded and buffed out yet. I think it would look great if i ever got around to it.

I never knew what the Corvair sounded like from anywhere other then the drivers seat, so i made a short vid. Shifting around 3000rpms. Sounds better then what i thought, i basicly have pure straight pipes on it (headers with a empty shell of a glasspack)

And a couple new pictures, yes i like messing in the edit mode lol.

Sorry about your cat, Jason. I have 2 cats and they are both always keeping me company when I'm outside working on anything. They always seem to get in the way thought,

Car is looking great! I don't see a video though :(

looks great - I stumbled upon a Corvair station wagon at a yard a while back and was extremely tempted to pick it up if I had room for another project!

It seems there is alot of early body Corvairs that people have/hadon here.
