    525whp M20 turbo in a 2002 anyone?

    Customer called the other day, and we got talking about his project.... just a little nuts, thought you guy's might appreciate.




    Complete build thread. running E85 and Precision Sc62 Turbo.

                        The crankcase ventilation wasn't connected yet. And all the internal parts had been lubed with moly grease before initial start up. After running the engine for 10 minutes I changed the oil. Then I went to PPF and they tuned the engine.

                          The valves are adjusted but there are some extra noise because of the stronger valve springs and more aggressive camshaft. It's a special camshaft for turbod M20 which gives 50 hp extra at 1bar (14.5 psi) compared to the original camshaft.

                              Thanks for all the positive feedback.
                              I'm currently doing some work on the rear axle but as soon as I get it finished I will do some driving and film it if you want to see it in action. It shoots out 0,5 m flames when I change gears. That’s always fun J
