    Mike, over the past few years, I have grown ro respect what you do. I like the 4Q attitude of "I build what I build, you may not like it, you may be yelling at me and pointing at my vehicle, but you're the one looking at it. I live with it". I applaud that attitude. I seriously can't wait to meet you and talk about the stuff you've done. If you are a friend of CJ and Ryan's, you must be a good guy.

            @Mike
            I think it needs a drop and a iS lip.

            Kidding aside I love everything but the lower than front rear. Just looks funny with a reversed rake. I know it is bagged...but why not make it even?

            This is my dream BMW. One day

                  I've always loved this car...and I feel the HREs made great impact. To be honest, I am a fan of all your work but I have to admit that I appreciate your writing the best. I look forward to my weekly trip over to SW to read your articles. Keep it up as it's refreshing to have a good story teller in the midst of a community with no love for writing, punctuation or grammar.

                    Needs a volvo lip and more drop. Also you dont have enough camber.

                    You should rust this one out and light it on fire.

                        I actually prefer the previous rendition with the rs's but it still looks damn good.

                              Its just because the rear fenders are cut lower in the back. The car actually has forward rake according to the rockers. IMO, it is a quintessential part of BMW styling for the rear fenders to be lower than the fronts. If the car sits level, obviously the rear fitment will be closer, or tuck more than the front depending on how you set it up.

                              I'll take a pic for you guys to show how much rake the car has to have to have even tuck front and back. It's rather silly looking. Drag car status, if you will. Thank you though :)

                              Hugely appreciated. I don't fancy myself a writer, but just happened to pick it up. I failed my writing prompts in high school and got Cs on most papers, so its humorous to be regarded as a writer by many these days.
                              I think it came from my first english professor in college. Not sure what it was she did, but she made something click, and I find a bit of enjoyment in writing things I care about.

                                Interesting perspective, I've always thought that the low front with high sides & rear was the stereotypical BMW profile, e.g. any Alpina car. I did like the car's stance a bit better in it's previous iteration, but it's yours to build, so rock on with your slammed self.
