are you doing the rear heated seat custom? or is there a factory or aftermarket one that i've never heard of?

a local guy took apart his e46 330 seat to recover it, said the actual material is cf. found that interesting.

also- slam it and get some side and rear skirts!

kartoyz, you have really made me want to repaint my car now. My girlfriend's best friend works in a body shop so I am going to see what kind of deal I can work out. I might have an M-tech II in my future as well.

My car goes into the shop on saturday to get sprayed so I can totally understand where you're coming from with the "kid in a candy shop" deal...

I'm practically bouncing off the walls with anticipation!!

Yep. Silver is really rare to find in the 325IS, I see 318IS all the time. I figured that since I dont have plans to sell the car anytime soon, and I really dont care to spend 50k for newer BMW( Had plenty of new ones in the past) , why not spend a some $$ on the old ride and just have something really cool. I have been offered $5000 grand in Sept for the car stock and I told the guy he was barking up the wrong tree, and reminded him that silver is one of those you keep. Besides, I have owned a lot of e30 ISs but never got my hands on a Silver with black interior until this year. if you dont plan to get a new car anytime soon, keep making the one you have even nicer. I would paint it -hehe :pimp:

i agree. i will never sell my car, and have no problem dumping all my money into it rather than buying a new bmw.
I'm about 3k deep in mods, 6k into the cost of the car, and bout to drop some change on side and rear skirts again, some paintwork, and will most likely drop $2k on wheels/tires in spring, if I can find what I want. I want to say "holy shit" every time I walk out to my car.

although I am gonna be looking into an e39 as a daily driver as I don't want this to get too beat up, and I'm not sure how much I'm gonna like my 2 door eta for the winter.
