If someone protests you, that's gonna be one of the first things they look at.

That being said, it's not like that would instantly make those cars competitive against m20 e30's & M50 powered e36's. They're just flat outclassed.

Probably just build an overboar balanced and blueprinted snuffed up motor with a hot cam setup... and try and do some aggressive chip tuning
Didn't you just say you had to run stock cams?

Car looks great, good luck with the motor and next season.

the dual mass flywheel on the m42's wont really effect a race car that much anyway, gains are minimal... The car never drops below 4-4500rpms, and the lightened flywheel is really only going to help the lower gears that aren't used anyway. Keep in mind the decel while braking would be increased however...

IT is full of cheaters, both of the '02s in that pic have built m10s that far surpass the t of the rules. Most of the cheating that is done rarely gives any large gains. So its usually disregarded by other competitors, until you start kicking ass all the time.

We also experimented with a side exhaust on this car, it looked bad ass, however we were about .1 decibals away from getting the boot... The only thing that was saving us is it came out the pass. side, sound control is on the outside of the track. Now we have a 2.25 straight exhaust with a glass pack out the back, nice quiet idle but has that scream of a 4 cylinder bimmer... just wish sometimes it had the scream of an inline 6

i think its just a dynomax glasspack... dont recall a brand name? its prety much a universal thing, not really any reason to support a specific brand on an item like that
