Sweet Car! I know the feeling! The E30 318iS sure was a great invention by BMW!

Nice car! Is that last shot with the river in the background near Conway?

Looks great, keep a lot of wax on it or the paint will go quick like on my car!

Dont worry Im going to baby this thing like noones business, well at least the exterior. This car will definately be driven like a BMW should be. Unlike the m20 the m42 actually feels like it wants to rev below 4500. Anticipated mods include 16" BBS RS (replicas would be fine most likely), swap the system over from my Pathfinder, Ryan G splitter, new brakes, and swaybars. After that who knows.

Haha if only I hadnt spent all my cash on this thing. Im going to the brakes first anyways and they vibrate under load from sitting unused all summer. Perfect excuse to upgrade!

I've never heard of a car sitting causing the brakes to vibrate.

                          rust on the rotors perhaps?

Wouldn't it wipe off after a few stops though?

yeah it should. But if its severe enough, maybe it could kill the rotors. I dunno though
