I hope you're gonna get paid. I know I would be. Don't settle for some chessy pay-off from the insurance company. Take it all the way. You could get a few hundred grand for those injuries. I know people who have gotten lots of money for way less than what you've suffered.

P.S. I'm not frivelous. But getting a large sum of money is some consolation for going through the pain; both physical and mental, of an accident like that. Glad you are both ok.

Seriously man, 5 broken ribs, a collapsed lung, and a broken tailbone. Ride this gravy train all the way to the bank man. Screw e30's, you should get enough to land a brand new m3 csl

Yeah... I'm not a litigious man myself... but you shouldn't be alive today. Sue his ass, put the money into savings, and use it to buy yourself a house one day. What that guy did was just fucking reckless... 50mph after going through a red light... was he even hitting the brakes? Do you have the vehicle marque permanently imprinted in your left shoulder? Bad ass mirror image chevy bowtie or ford oval?

This is exactly what happened to my 72Tii except he hit me in front of the door, Knocked the whole front end off. I got paid what a 40k 72Tii in perfect condition was worth (8k in 1982) but could not find another perfect example.

I am litigious - but then again, that's my job.
