So I am a pretty big shoe/sneaker collector as some people here know. You can tell from my SN I am obviously a Jordan fan boy.
I collect mostly rare Jordan Prototype's and Unreleased samples.

I wanted some freshness for my car this summer and decided to move one of my gems for the cause.
I sold My Original 1985 Air Jordan KO's.
I know some people might check these out and say ugly, whatever. Bottom line is the shoes were a Original first series Jordan, in the rare canvas version, in a unreleased colorway, this shoe is now considered a 1 of 1 with no others in circulation. This mean historic in the sneaker culture and very valuable. All of my following mods will be funded by this one sale.

Ight got home and the my faithful friend was guarding my arrived packages.

Test fitting resulted in the need for a 5mm spacer up front to clear the strut housing.
H & R's ordered with new extended lug bolts.

My thoughts are to get the fenders rolled and get some 10mm spacers for the rear in the future. Im hoping to get more of a staggered look rather then just this slight front poke.


Over all the wheels have really grown on me. The first week or so it was hard to get over the blingy-ness.

Cool wheels. They kinda remind me of the Ronal Turbo.

I also like the chrome trim with polished/chrome wheels, but not sure on a red car, though.

Its not that sharp of a contrast for the car as a collective whole then from the side profile, with the headlights and chrome kidneys. Perhaps I'll refinish the centers gold or black at some point.

Some work done in the past couple of days. Nothing Crucial, just some fun detail stuff.

Me and the crew did some detailing of fellow member Gangsta's (sn) whip.
Thats scabzzzz hitting it with the buffer.


And later go on to some things on my car.
Adding some Evo 3 Hood seals. I love them! so dope in a lowkey way. I bought the 3pc set from Abrahams.
I'm still undecided as to the look of the Bumper seal on a red car. Perhaps I'll add them at a later time.

Euro Plate Filler - drilled trunk and properly installed.
Large Tool Kit - yard find, still needs a cleaning and piecing together of it's content.
Dual Trunk light - Bought from mcskibadee1 here on r3v. Loving the symmetry and added light from this simple mod.

Did you used to frequent ISS/SoleCollector? The tag in your photo looks familiar. I was really active in the running & training for a few years, I don't visit much anymore though - in my opinion the site has really gone to shit. The running forum was the only safe haven but even that has gone downhill now.

All my Jordans are gone, but I still have plenty of my OG runners lying around

I am also a Solecollector/ISS and niketalk member, but I rarely go on the sneaker forums nowadays. Like you guys, I've sold off most of my collection including the Air Jordans, Nike SB Dunks and Blazers, and etc, but kept the ones I really like. I agree with you guys that the ISS forums hasn't been the same ever since.

I love those hybrids. I dont have a lot of collectible runners bc i usuaully beat through them. However you might like these.
