So one gets repaired, and the other breaks. I just replaced the linkage in the 89 and installed the z4 3.0 shifter for my buddy. Well, his car is now in front of my apartment because mine is sitting 15 miles away at school dead. I broke the selector rod 3 weeks after my friend broke his shift arm.. Not good. Anyway, here are the pics before the chaos.

looking good as usual. I think the bottlecaps look good on the blue car too, but only because that thing is so damn low! I want to see it with the faux rieger lip painted body color. I just hope he did a good job mounting it!

I think the car is too low in my opinion... the lip is so close to the ground it's not even funny, waiting to get it painted since I am expecting IS side skirts in the mail soon.

the suspension is very crappy but it is bilstein sport shocks and intrax springs.... very bad set-up IMO but I bought the car with it, prolly do a ground control set-up later down the road.

as you can see M3 side trim still isn't on (don't have time right now to get it done)
and the rear M3 seats aren't done either, still waiting on side bolsters to come in the mail....

those 2 e30s are lookin nice. i know how much u have put into the black one and its still lookin good, but the blue is basic and it still looks pretty bad ass.
someone should pshop black rockers and black center b-caps on the blue one. just wondering, but i think that color combo would look pretty slick.

It's cool to see a side by side comparison of a real Rieger lip (my old one :) ) to a fake one. Both cars look great. I know Etasport has rims but its probably in winter mode now. The electron needs a nice set of 17's though!
