266,000 miles. If the engine isn't strong, then it'll cost like, $600 to replace it, no biggy.
The e34 that will retire my e30.

You're right, could have sworn i'd seen an original one on the market at one time. I assume they came with the GM auto trannies?Originally posted by brodeeWrong. There were no E34 tourings with manuals sold in the US.Trevor Ely

Well, just picked up the e34. Engine shows NO signs of 268,000 miles, I'm so stoked. Interior is rather crap, a lot worse than I thought. I'll need new seats, door panels, headliner, and rear speaker deck. The seller gave me a few square yards of vinyl and headliner material so I can redo a couple things. He also gave me the old ellipsoids (one cracked lens and now low beam bulbs), if they're the same as e30 ones, then they're up for sale. Also got an M5 rear spoiler to stick on there. Its so quiet on the highway, such a cruiser, I love it. Headlights are fucking amazing, everything is so white (5000k)! For you e30 supporters, the bent valve gets fixed Tuesday--the same day I decide to keep the e30.Comment

Nice, glad to hear you got it!
I would have demanded a discount for the trashed interior though
Either way, kudos to youComment
