I toook the front hinge frrom the hood, and I didnt need it at all.

In fact its sitting in my driveway I dont need it.

But I believe you should just find a whole new hood and take the hinge someday.

I can tell you where there are red e30s for a road trip someday.

Theres 1 in oakland, 2 in stockton 1 in modesto, one in rancho in sac one in antelope. Any of those might have a red hood

No it's not bad, but an 'es' model redlines to 5k.
An 'i' model redlines to 7k.

Somebody switched your cluster, so mileage could also be a mystery,

You're going to scratch your head on why the car only revs to 4.5k when you start driving it :p

Dont bother taking a hinge out of a junkyard car, just find a nice red hood, and put it on your car hinge at all.

they switched the cluster prbably because the odometer froze up

remember never to even use the trip reset button, or make sure the cars not running when you do ti


I think just the hinge is 10$ at a picknpull but get another hood itll change the whole look of your car from a project to pimpin.

zinno red is the 4th most common color , picknpull charges 60$ for the hood. Get the hinge too bingo.

I saw an ad in craigslist though for someone parting out a zinno vert, and they want 150 for the hood. Its actually a business I see advertise here once in a while, autohauz in burlinghame.

ya theres other e30s at that place and odds are theres a hinge.

it seems like a waste to me to actually take a hinge off when you need the whole hood.

for what it matters the pickn pull in south san jose is just about as far from you as the one in moss landing, and it has at least 5 e30s.

but actually both of those picknpulls the e30s are barely scavenged.

If you replaced it with parts from a car with nice paint youd have a whole different look.

fuck I just drove 400 miles and back to get a hood and a fender from moss landing. Stockton is nothing.

Youd need to go to those places to find one. You couldnt find one at the one in moss landing, cause I just took the only one that was there.

you can ask at pick n pull, where all the red e30 cars are nearest you and they will give you a printout for each one.

unfortunately, a few colors come up as red including burgundy.

but a hood is usually not that hard to find. I gave you 6 red e30s, if you hit those junkyards youd find one.
