    My New Daily Driver

Just drove this beast home last night, it's a 91 mazda 626 dx 2.2 liter 110hp automatic beast Anyways it's my Grandfathers car, he was in a terrible car accident 3 months ago, and to get Medicaid or Medicare(one of those two) he has to have no assets so he gave me his car.

Considering the Blue book is only $800 on this thing, I'm thinking of driving it into the ground, and drive the e30 on weekends and when I want to have some fun.

Wish I had one of these to keep my e30 out of harms way. Be nice to it and you can probably use it as a commuter for many years to come.

Those are cool transpo cars. Plus now you can park in the Handicapped space! Does it have the moving vent louvers?

Yep got to love the vent louvers, Untill May I get to enjoy the Handicap parking, no more walking a mile to class. I do have to transfer the Tag to my name, so I'll hang onto that plate just in case.

I drove a '93 626 past 220k miles and then sold it for $2k. Great commuter car.

You can't tell from those photos that the clearcoat is peeling on almost every panel:pimp: The problem is the E30 is so much fun to drive, I still have to get the Mazda smogged and registered then maybe I can drag my self away from the great handeling E30.

I know what you mean. I find it hard NOT to drive the e30 also.

My friend has the same car in the same color, except his is 5 speed. Last year he had the same car with the same color, except he sold that one and got his current one because it has less miles. The clear coat is peeling everywhere as well :) It's a fun little reliable car, a great daily.

Nice little 626. Looks like a very dependable daily.

Bobby don't Escorts feel very floaty compared to E30s?
