I think the worst part about this was I was trying to be fair and I told the insurance and the police I wasn't going to press charges or anything of the sort, I would gladly work with him to get the issue settled. However at the time the cops showed up,he was showing the police his phone trying to claim he had a green light but he didn't....

It's sad to say that being nice gets you nowhere in this day in age. The fact that this fucker pulled a case on me really gets my blood boiling. This also being my first true accident, I had no idea people were this shady.

I just want it to all be over with and get back on the road with something decent for me and the family.






P.S. all this has got me thinking I need a larger car or mid size SUV to hall everyone around safely in. I'm thinking Tahoe or VW Tuareg... Open to suggestions.

Lucky it was a straight on center punch! As the B Pillar really helps out in those situations.
