The guy that ran the light sued me. He then got hit with the large hammer of justice.
I hired a lawyer and went after his ass which I didn't want to do but these days people are fucking idoits and DICKS!

anyway, I just won the case so i'm a lot calmer now.
Hopefully I'll find another pristine e39 in the future.

Good win! i hope you got plenty for the crap he did to you and your car. those cars are dime a dozen in CA, shop the CL here and get someone to mail it to you. No rust and usually can get them very well maintained. probably gonna get a better deal here. anyways GL.

What a nice clean E39. We have an E39 that's also an '03 and also Sterling Grey, although it's a 525iT. We put our little girl in the back in her Recaro baby seat, on the passenger side - so your photos are especially interesting to me. Really nice to see how well the car held up when smacked by a Tundra doing 50mph.

Do you have any shots of the interior looking at the back seat? I'd like to see how the rear passenger side door and interior held up.
