I'll let the pictures do most of the talking. Right now I still wan't to beat the guys face in. He ran the light while he was Facetiming in his huge ass Toyota Tundra 09' and bam! fucked me up good. Right now I'm having to go back and forth with the insurance and now I have to find a lawyer because this ass hat decided that he's going to sue me.... but for what? he drove away from the scene and al he had was a scratch on his bumper. I have a witness that says he ran the light. I don't understand people and their motives sometime.

Now I guess when everything is all done and settled, I'll be swapping the goodies into my E30 or another e39. Yup m62 obd2 swap in an e30 and IDGAF how long it takes me to finish it and having it working properly.

How the hell could he try and sue you? If you have witnesses it shouldn't be much of a case. Get a good lawyer if you're going to need, get yourself checked out and good luck. Glad to hear you're alright but that sure is a bummer about the car, it was so clean.

I was turning at about 15mph and the truck had to have been speeding. The cops estimated it at about 45-55 upon impact. I spun around and faced the opposite direction.
