It was a nice day today and I had some time before work so I gave the e30 a well needed bath and snapped some pics. I used my 5 megapixel Canon powershot so the image quality isn't that great. Enjoy.
well I'll be...they are tucked. hahah i didn't notice it. the front still looks like its out kinda. The rear plastic swap is tuff I hear. You car still looks nice though. I think painting the centers of the weaves would look hawt on a red car though IMHO. Here are mine REALLY dirty...

I have thought about doing this for awhile (seeing as how I have two sets of basketweaves.) If I did, my car would look just pretty much just like yours minus the front lip, 'cause I still dont' have one :(
Your car looks great man, I really like red early models.
A 5mp Powershot should be able to turn out some kick ass pics though. The problem with your pics is you metered the light for the sky, not the car... so they turned out dark. I've produced some images on my 2mp Cybershot that have gotten published!

Exactly, it's not the number of pixels that really make a photo good. People get too hung up on the specs.
By the way that last shot is kick ass. Makes me actually miss my diving board ETA. :)
