Similar thing happened to me recently. Was in my e36 on my way to work, had to turn in 50 yards and BAM! A semi ran a stop sign. I didn't even have a chance to stop. Guy dragged me down the road a ways. I got out and took a picture of his license plate because he was acting like he was gonna run. First thing the guy said was "wow didn't even see you man." cops show up he tells them I was driving like a fucking crazy person. Cop of course completely ignores the fact the guy ran a stop sign and threatens me with a bunch of fines.

Anyway I feel your pain. Lost my first car that I'd owned for exactly 7 years on that day.

I feel for you man.

I hope it never happens, but I dread the day something like this happens to me in my current E30. Containing my rage would quite possibly be impossible.

I hope your neck doesnt hurt. I would tell you to file a police report but I have been there before and for all the time spent with them, nothing good has ever come out of it.

1 more E30 is gone. Its sad to see. Their numbers are dwindling. I need to find a clean shell or two and tuck it away somewhere.
