The fucked up part about this isn't that your car is ruined but the fact that a person can just dip while possibly injuring you. Ive been in a hit in run before the only reason i caught the guy was because his transmission fluid leaked out of the car before he could get a block away. dumbasses. good luck man

Depending if you have frame damage or not that looks like it can be fixed.

Chop off the damaged 1/4 panel, weld another one on, untweek the license plate frame trunk thing or chop one off a parts car and weld that on, new bumper .. paint good to go.
