    Test fire:

That was open header, and I hope this exhaust will quiet the car down and still give it a decent tone. Positioning the secondary muffler!

The OE e36 down pipes are some kind of 300 series stainless, so that made our lives easy. Cut the old shit off, and ovaled some new 304 to adapt it to 3".

Fusion welded with our trusty Everlast TIG.

Got it mocked up and tack welded together, my business partner is going to finish weld it today! The dual offset muffler was a real pain in the ass to use, but the hope is that it will eliminate that yucky 24v rasp/drone.

Same here pretty much, I took an E39 M5 break for a while but sold it before it stuck me with a huge bill. It's been fun getting back into the E30 community, I recognize almost no one!

I've only recently starting using the forums again, mostly to gather ideas for the 24v swap. Clutch slave arrives tomorrow, car will be on the road and driving once the brake and clutch systems get bled!

Been about 1200 miles with no hiccups, going to give the car a once over at the next oil change. Check torque specs, etc. One of my mufflers has a gross rattle, probably from being dropped during shipping. Sounds like a loose baffle, I'm pissed about it.

                  (Vid to come soon)
