Ive been wanting another 318is for a couple of years now since I sold my last one. Ive turned a few down because they had either been molested too bad, or too expensive. I found out throuh my old boss that a good friend of mine decided to let go of a 318is he had sitting around, and it happened to be just what I was looking for. Everything works, has 133,000 original miles ( if the odometer never stopped working). Within the last couple months he installed new Vogtland springs, KYB shocks, new tie rod ends, new brakes all the way around, and fixed a couple oil leaks. He threw in a front sway bar from a vert, an exhaust header (brand unknown) new stainless steel brake lines and ellipsoid headlight which I need to install. We worked together for years as techs for BMW, but I've since moved onto a different dealer.
It definitely needs new paint, it has a couple door dings and the clear coat is peeling on the right side. The only visible rust I found besides a couple little surface rust specs is the battery tray needs replaced. All the body panels are original to the car, the vehicle history at work though showed the interior originally black. It's been changed to tan at some point in its life. On with the pics, sorry for poor lighting and iphone quality.
