Just picked this up a few weeks ago. Sold my 74 2002 and am using this as my daily now. Its like a 2002 with a stock 5 speed, injected, rev happy motor and power steering. This thing is awesome. Got a sebring muffler installed today and its sounding better than ever.

Took a photo of the m42 when I was bleeding the cooling system.

I had time so I made some potential sticker designs.

Motorsport stripes with 'M42 Goon Squad' done in BMW font. I did the writing on an angle so it fits close to the stripes. Would look better in white rather then black.

I thought it would be cool to have a sticker with 'M42 Goon Squad' written on the valve covers spark plug cover. May be a little too complicated for a sticker and I couldn't really find a good valve cover pic, but you get the idea.
