        But the s38 is the best engine to me, tons of NA power and just amazing sound with those ITBs.

            if it's between LS1 and M30 i would do LS1, M30 is to heavy, and to little power. unless you turbo it.

                We do not offer the service of the swap at them moment. Only the swap components such as the engine and trans mounts.

                We do have a deal worked out with E30 motorwerks who does these kind of swaps. (they are one block from our shop so we can literally deliver the m30 conversion parts to them for your swap).

                      there are already ls1 swap and m30 swap kits on the market.

                      do the n55 and make a name for your shop, raise the e30 bar, and look badass all in one fell swoop.

                            N54/n55 are absolute garbage engines. I think the market for N5X swap parts is going to be very small given the amount of work it will take to swap for a measly 300hp baseline. A turbo S5X or S54 would embarrass the N5X family all day anyway.

                              if you're looking to sell parts that you develop, I think the ship has sailed on the m30 swap, you have to do an ls1. Or, find a modern bmw engine to put your efforts into.

                                Corner the market on diesels. Get them going mang. Start importing M51s and get your niche as the BMW diesel pioneers.

                                For the record I voted M30 because, duhhh, they are god's engine and deserve to be in god's chariot.
