damn... that sucks man! Some cop was giving us (me and my friend) shit that we drove too fast out of heb parking lot (he has an intake and it sounds pretty good) didn't even spin the wheels, but that b*tch was like ("you shouln't hot rod in this area! and started to question us... they actually searched us!!!! we don't even look like wigg*** or some G's... just two regular guys... from that day on I started to hate cops a lot... but I know that there are good cops out there who actually DO THEIR JOB! Best of luck to you man!

Police are assholes and you are a kid.

You will loose whatever court battle you take on.

Sucks about the accident, suck it up, fix the car, and admit that life is unfair sometimes :p

SURPRISINGLY, hes not mad at all... im thinking its because hes not going to pay to fix the car... sooo, gotta save up my paychecks and ask my mom for help.. heh but anyways, i'll take some detailed pics tomorrow so that i can get your guys opinions on if its fixable .. or part it out .. blah blah , check back tomorrow

if you're on your parents policy, and you feel you have that good of a case, your parents should consult their insurance agent, but ultimately a lawyer. You or your dad will not get a chance to convey your "points". Judge won't care. Your whole family will have to deal with higher rates, or the minimum you'll prob be dropped from the policy. 2-500 bucks for a consultation with a lawyer might seem like a lot, but it might save you some dough in the longrun. just a suggestion.
