What is taking you from Nor-Cal to So-Cal? Im about to make a similar move, but Im dragging the E30 behind my moving truck. I'll be heading from Seattle to Fullerton in about two weeks.

I am going to college down here, but that's not the biggest reason as I am only going to be going to a CC.

It was mainly getting away, growing up, meeting new people, etc. I need to learn how to do things for myself. I have the grades and what not and do that for myself, but my Mom will do anything for anyone if they ask. This caused me to feed off her when it came to doing things. Even little things such as getting direct deposit setup or making a dentist appointment.

I could have gone to CC and lived at home, but I would never learn how to live and do anything productive. That is pretty much my reasoning for coming down here.

And it is San Diego.

I have 2 friends that went to mesa this past year but didn't do enough, so ended up with them having a bad time and moving back with their parents in oakland.

it's all about who you meet and activities you engage in.

i suggest learning how to surf and spending a lot of time in pb, mb, ob, and la jolla/del mar.

I didn't get as many classes as I wanted this semester which sucks. I need to crash a few come monday. What exactly made them have a bad time?

I'm honestly not much of a beach guy. I will do my best to get into that ish though. I used to skate, and I'm a decent snowboarder and what not, so if surfing is anything like those it shouldn't be too much of a strug.
