Trimming the vr6 lip to fit. Was much more time consuming than I thought lol.
Tabs were cut even more than this. Then zip tied across and heated the corners to bend to the shape of the car.
Not bad for $27! Plan on putting black sealer inbetween the valance and lip to close the gap. No biggie though.
Another shot of the lip! Ziptied the middle too tight as you can see it curve up haha but whatever. Not a show car ;)
Took her out of the garage for once. The front is basically how I want it. Now time to work on the rear! THEN new rockers and skirts later on, maybe in August. Oh, and yeah I'm lowering the car probably an inch all around and putting 10mm spacers in the rear. I know its sitting a tad high!
Removed the carpet.
Removed all the sound deadening.
Oops!
60lbs gone!
More room for activities! Racecar activities!
Stay tuned to see me destroy the car with my vision :)

So I cut the spare wheel well for a center exit exhaust and a diffuser.
This is a photoshop of how I want it to look like.
As I was mocking up some ideas, my dad searched through the garage and found his old henna e21 body kit he never put on his car 30 years ago lol. We taped it up a little and it somewhat fits!! :O
Quick mock up of the skirts.
He had rear spats as well haha. Fits pretty good too!
Frontal of what it can look like. I should be going to MIT or something.
Rear shot. Still planning on a center exhaust, but might just put it through the bumper? Not doing the diffuser for now since I have to finish most of it by Thursday as I start summer school then! Also removed the rear bumper shocks finally lol.
Also took out my rat rod bike from storage. And by storage I mean the side of my garage where it collected rust throughout the winter hahaha.

Bought some rivets and a rivet gun to put on the e21 body kit.
Pops helping out with aligning the skirts.
More decals. You'll kind of see the vision I have of my car soon!
Number plate on! So much easier than the windshield banner.
Numbers on! Pops screwing in the headlights.
The car is coming along.
Plastidipped the chrome trim and did a quick detail. It's almost done for 2015! This is what I invision even before I brought the car home.

Sorry for the slow updates guys.
Here's a comparison of the size of the battery that came with the car with the new Deka. $80 well spent.
Bought some HIDs from Amazon.
Gonna sport a KA Motors intake soon.
Was about to install it until I remembered I needed this AFM adapter lol. Also got an orange relay because mine look melted for some reason.
