I think it cost me $64.00 bucks. You can see it on my Alpina B6 3.5 tribute build.

Bit more done. The 333i comes with a b32 engine as such has the coolant pipe on the back of the head. Not enough room in position 3 to get the hose on so had to modify the pipe. This involved cutting the coolant gooseneck down and inserting a 5/8 copper pipe and brazing this in place. Next up was the heater pipes, the bottom one needed a right angle pipe close to the bulk head to allow it to route towards the modified gooseneck. This was achieved by cutting the ally pipe down where it comes through the bulkhead, swage this pipe out to accept a 15mm copper elbow to be brazed on the inside of this pipe.

Every made up pipe I stripped a bit of copper from a cable and made a retaining ring that I soldered in place to make sure the hose stays secure.

Very nice, looks like you've managed to gain quite a bit of clearance.

Anyone got any ideas what this fixing is. This is on my custom exhaust manifold. All other nuts on the studs are easy to get to and are standard this one cannot get anything on it. Anyone got any ideas dont think it is a normal nut like the others but have very limited access. Note there is a flange above this in the second picture showing the limited access.

Can you get a box-end wrench in there? Maybe grind down on the OD of the wrench to help it fit in the tight space? I've had to do that before:

Ok will get another look at it. It is a bit of a mix and match, one nut on the manifold is an m10 thread which is normally a 17mm AF spanner but it has a 13mm AF nut rethreaded to m10 1.5 pitch nut. This stripped but have found 12mm af nuts for exhaust with an m10 thread fits on easy.

@max399 where do you think this crack is do you mean on the oil pressure outlet? Will go and check it out but didnt have any probs before the radiator sprung a small leak

For the time being I am going to stick with what I have but look what just turned up. Wonder how much this will affect spool from a semi log style manifold to

looks very much like a G&T manifold with a t3-t4 flange. Anyone know the runner size if one of G&T's? Workmanship looks good on this and price was good:)
