      Yes!

If your old car is any indication, this will turn out spectacular!

I don't know what any of the POs where thinking... I think the guy I got it off of did the black on the front and hood, and the guy he got it off of did the bumpers and rear black, plus the mirrors.

I've been having some fun with it. As much as I can with an automatic lol. But so far I don't mind it.

What's the difference between them? I looked to see if the vins where on all of the parts and the fenders, doors, and trunk lid all match the body vin.

I probably won't go as far out there with styling as I did with the black one. Probably will keep this one simple.

But I've been messing with it here, I've done this a few times looking at some stuff. Like coat hanger holding the home bent cat delete pipes.. duct tape holding overhead check panel on, air filter filled with saw dust, removed windshield squirters from rear wheel wells, pull out the front valance as much as I can from the PO running it into a ditch. and i'm sure there are a few other things i'm missing... I did have to go back over to the PO house to pick up the MT2 skirts. He was showing me what he did to my truck. red lights under the dash that had duct tape holding them on, with wire from a desk lamp used to wire them in, and all the wiring dangling under the dash..

I took a few more pictures, but the card reader in the computer isn't working right at this time.

        As for plans for looks
        repaint it red
        new top (black)
        euro trim
        Kamei lip
        euro grills
        smoked smilies
        smoked turnsignal lenses
        all red tails
        US plate filler
        smooth trunk lid
        recover seats
        new exhaust with Magnaflow muffler
        316i HVAC panel
        cross brace
        strut tower brace
        skid plate
        steering wheel?
        drop??
        wheels???

From the looks of it you have the older one which sits higher than the late model 3rd light. It could just be the angle. BMWfans shows the same pic but there is a difference in the two. The early PN: is 63-25-1-368-562 and the late PN: 63-25-1-386-564.

                      Late brake light

Here we go. It's not to pretty.. But is a solid base to work with.

I have since fixed the cover for the headlight on the drivers side since picture was taken. Also euro plate only staying on to break up all the black on the front of car. I don't really like euro tags on the front of late models to tell you the truth.

Not any major updates. Just driving it... Did install a analog clock. Painted it to match the gauge cluster. Gray surround and red hands. Also painted the valve cover, silver met with black/red/yellow in the groves and the ribs sanded down to the bare aluminum.
