Yeah, you are right. It took me like 3 hours to sand it all down (with 100 grit first, then 180), i'm sure the body shop will take care of it from there.... Pics of the car are coming soon.
As of now, its nothing really impressive at all... Actually i may have a pic or 2 on me...

i got so much shit for it I'm just waiting for my motor swap to be finished.
I hav a whole new black leather interior, updated look bumpers, new 17" jline wheels, new headlights. I'm gonna paint the turn signals red on the taillights. I think it's going to be a subtle look. I think that in the end, it's gonna look like C//M's car. I have M-tech II sidepanels and sideskirts, but i dont think that the sideskirts will be low enough to match with the front/rear spoiler, so i may have to overlay an aftermarket set of sideskirts on top ot it...... i have to figure out how to do that first though.

I'm going to repaint the car the color of the attached E46 color. Painted bumpers same color, but the splitter will be black, like the kidney grill.

As for wheels, I am ordering the 20RL2's by the end of the week. I jsut had a few questions that in need answered with respect to offsets. Once they email me back, i'm gettin them. I just want a 2-2.5" lip. so i think that on a 17x8 wheel, a 20mm offset will do just fine for that

I think its gonna come out looking pretty damn good man. It will deffinatly be unique. I would go with something lower than HR sports though. I would have gone with race springs from HR but its your car. If the sideskirts arent low enough you should look into getting some stock civic sideskirts like Randy did to add to the bottom of the Mtech skirts. Cant wait to see what the wheels look like. Keep us posted and thanks for sharing.

From which civic are they from? hatchback? 4 or 2 door? what year? and was it on a certain package? Do they need to be re-sized lengthwise??

The vert i got rid of bc it had frame damage, and it was AUTOMATIC.. dont ask me what i was thinking, but i made the best of it... Damn, i even put $3200 for a brand new calypso red paint job too.. lol.
To be honest though, i like the green better.

Yeah, about the rear apron. I am thinking about installing it before i paint it to see how it sits, how it looks, and how well the muffler fits inside of it. If it looks out of place with the rest of the car, i'm gonna have to scrap it, but until then, we'll see.......

wait, you're buying custom forged wheels but you got a fake rieger lip and depo lights (which are completely garbage)? the color looks nice though, I think it will look good when it's done despite some of your strange choices.

I think that once the lip is painted and mounted, it will have the same function and looks as rieger. and nobody will tell the difference.
As for the wheels. i love the style, look, the light weight.
The headlights. Alot of people will disagree with me, but i really like the angel eyes look. Many think it's ricing-out, but i got alot of compliments on my convertible when i went to car shows on Long island. As for condensation, i never had that problem before.
