i gotta say it. i have seen it in person, and even from reasonably close up, you cant pick it as fake. it looks good. we even had some people right up near it inspecting it, with mutters of 'CF blah blah'. so i guess it does its job effectively.

and yeah, fako carbo bonnet over flaky peeling like a ginger in the summer sun bonnet any day.

doesn't look that bad actually.. maybe a little bit dull, but I'm sure it's better than shitty peeling paint. as long as you're not doing it so people think you're a balla, it's cool with me. ;)

It looks pretty damn real, and I trust Shakey when he says it does in person too. But damn, its a sticker :( I just can't get past the fact, I'd personally still rather have peeling paint than that.

Hell, you can buy a proper VIS carbon fiber bonnet for not much more than an appropriate hood respray would cost.
