That is a hole paintless dent repairmen drill to insert their rods into inaccessble areas in order to pop dents back out. I find it really strange they cure one problem by creating another potentially more serious problem.

Good to know, thanks! I'll probably find a grommet to keep water/moisture out. What a dumb way to do that especially since the side interior panel is SOOOOO easy to remove!

A little bit of autocrossing this weekend. This car is SOOOO much different than the E28! The Z3 steering rack is so fast, and the car transitions so fast, I actually ran straight over a cone after I miss judged how quickly this thing changes direction.

Thanks! I was concentrating on not hitting the timing lights (threats of $250 replacement costs) otherwise I wouldn't have lifted. Them blue cones are +5 sec a cone too!

They were on clearance in the early spring.
