Maybe i'll see you when I come up for my brothers graduation. It's always cool to see places I recognize in other member's pictures.

Had the windows tinted with 70% 3M Crystalline to help preserve the interior, and keep that classic look yet help with heat reduction in the Colorado sun.

The comfort seats in my iX were always covered by sheepskin, so the leatherette was in great shape, but the bottom cushions were worn out. The back cushions weren't perfect, but with the new suspension, it was definitely hard to stay in the seats in a turn.
I decided to find some matching Natur leatherette sport seats.
The 5 most important items to get the most out of this small sporty E30 generation:
1) Stock 5 Speed transmission
2) New suspension, Bilstein HD
3) Mtech Leather Steering Wheel
4) Sport Seats
5) Leather Shift knob
Pics below show stock seats, seats out, before and after steam cleaning and then new seats installed.

This Friday afternoon I decided to enjoy the nice cool weather in Colorado and with the low wind, repaint my worn, scarred, faded rear valance.
I used Duplicolor Engine Paint - Low Gloss
and PaintScratch.com for some Alpenweiss II Paint in a Spray can and some clear coat.
Taped off everything but the black area and put 3-4 coats on, 10 min between coats
Then waited about 20 min.
Tape over black to paint white section
Paint 4 coats of white w/ 10 min between coats
wait 15 min
3 coats clear coat w/ 10 min between coats
