how do you fill and bleed the cooling system? if this going to be a daily? thats a smaller radiator than any car i have seen on an engine that is known to have cooling system issues. please tell me more

wow.. that bay makes mine look like shit. Cleanest I've ever seen.
How does one tuck a radiator and brake lines? where are the coolant hoses?

Coolant hoses are in the exact same spot, used oem e34 hoses. The system was bled using a vacuum bleeder, it's the only way to completely evacuate the system of air, because as you see the rad sits lower and is no longer the highest point in the system. It cools better than the previous m42 radiator. Can let it sit and idle all day, fan is wired via oem wiring and the temp switch was relocated to the backside of the rad and functions like stock. No additonal switch, etc.

Brake line tuck started with a massive booster delete, and e21 master. Abs was deleted, lines run down and one out to the driver, one across the small lip on the subframe to the passenger. Can't see them whatsoever besides the 5 inches off the master down to the subframe.

Harness was trimmed, sent through the drivers fender and around front of the car.

                  Wheels are ccw classic 5's.

                  Thanks for the comments everyone.

This is hands down the cleanest and best tucked e30 bay I've seen. I've always loved your car, but this takes it to a whole new level

Your car is amazing. Great work with the engine bay by the way. One of the best I have ever seen as a complete package :)

Next step is tucking that fuse box and firewall loom.

                                the cars looks nice, BTW.

so no need on the expansion tank because you are using a conventional cap now, so all you have is a overflow tank? that's cool. I just got done doing my bay. I did the same thing with the brake lines. I didn't go through all the hole filling that you did. I just did the brackets. I did hide the harness and fuse block though. again it looks nice.
