those aren't bad shots at all. I agree that none of them are like "holy shit thats amazing" but they are good shots none the less... pretty good when those are your off-day shots

TJ, have you ever considered incorporating something other than a vehicle in your car shots? Or maybe try incorporating an action of some sort, like someone walking by, or a pic with the hood open and someone tooling around inside? in my head i see that shot from the front, so all you can see is the front of the popped hood, and perhaps the silouette (however you spell it) of the person behind it. Maybe try some shots of a subject getting in and out of the car, with a door swinging shut/open with a slight hint of motion blur. Also, interactive environments can help, like a very crowded place such as a community function, or shots of your car in dead stop traffic, or at a light, or even motion shots. I think all of these will get you closer to your desired effect. Nice shots anyway, i always enjoy seeing your work.

Those are some nice ideas! I'm going to try some of those if you don't mind. I'll make sure to post my results.

Widebody, it's literally about 5' from the train tracks in WPB, you are right!

Second is my favorite. Love the ‘warped’ perspective lines.

motorprestige has great suggestions for getting to what you are after.. and sound like challenging shots to capture. Have fun.

like so: (however, if i would have stepped back, i would have gotten an even better effect)

Yeah, kind of like what i am talking about, although the effect would have been better executed without that diagonal angle frame you have around the photo. Nice work though, architechture and automobiles, two of my favorite things.
