    No longer driving an e30

I decided to sell my e30 awhile back, I'm sure some have seen my forsale ad being bumped lol. A buyer flew in from Texas last week and drove the car back to San Antonio where it will begin a new life. After driving e30's for more than 5 years it was time for something new, reliable, and equally fun to drive.

    Pics of e30

As it drove away (sadly the new owner likes fedoras?)

And the new car, 2015 wrx limited

I do miss the feeling you get from driving a 20+ year old car and I'm sure I'll have another e30 in the future, but for now I'm excited to put some miles on the new daily.

Either way, it's not a bad choice. That boxer turbo and awd must be one fun car to drive.
Bought parts from me before? leave your feedback here

All new cars are kind of refined too much. After while you will miss the unrefined feel of E30 and the way it transfers the road back to the steering wheel.

I have an e30 toy and an f30 6-speed daily driver. The modern cars just don't have the responsiveness, feeling, sound, or overall soul of the older cars. I'm always shocked when I step out of the e30 and into the f30 at how smooth and easy it is to drive. It makes me long for the machine that is the e30.

That being said, I love the WRX. Maybe the best of both worlds would be a WRX with an e30 affair on the side...

if you like the suby, cool...but i think you could have done better.

generally, i like Subaru's, especially the WRX/STi.. but i'm really bummed out about how much this new one looks like a Kia.

lol yea I would've loved an e30M or even better an old 911, but those don't come with warranties, only higher maintenance costs...

I can relate to this. I would've loved to keep the e30 but my lifestyle right now doesn't have room for two cars, nor does my garage.

I didn't expect to be welcomed back with open arms haha but you guys are a tough crowd lol. Keep it comin

I'd rather glue a fedora to my head than have car payments. That being said, how much more a month would an STI be?

You'll be back, after you park at the mall and can't find your car because they all look the same...

Find me someone that will float a 30k loan for a 30y/o niche car that no one cares about. I bet you wouldn't buy one anyways even if you did find someone. People who spend 30k on an E30M3 already have real cars in their stable and want a piece of nostalgia.
