Its hard to tell from the pics, but your IAT sensor should be as close to the throttle body as possible. I agree that you should go with a 3" dp and exhaust to get the most power out of it, but if you don't really care that much a 2.5" should work fine.

Your car looks nice, I'm interested to see what this will put down. I'm working on my own turbo build as well. Just installed my megasquirt last week, but I'm still N/A and learning how to tune.

i saw that after putting the iat in . if i have issues i will mount it on the trottle ody where the vacuum hose goes.
and i have everything now just to wait on megasquirt also

I don't think this is true?
I have mine on the chargepipe, closer the the intercooler actually, as well to avoid false readings from heatsoak which can cause hard starts (as I've read from online complaints).

What's the benefit of having it near the TB? Best Temp reading?

Any plans to at least install an aluminum bulkhead between you and that cell? I know around here, even at drift events that wouldn't fly. Not to mention just for my own well being, I wouldn't want to share the same space as 10+ gallons of fuel.

Outside that, car looks cool man. keep it up!

I will be putting something back where the backseat used to be to decide cabin and trunk and open up some cents to let the gas smell out and keep it vented!! Fuel pump is a little loud lol I don't wanna hear that thing al the time so I hope I can Carnell some of the noise with this too

so today i finally got the ecu-megasquirt from whodwho and the car started up like nothing had ever happened for the first time in 4 years!!!! the feeling is amazing....
here is the first video of the very first quick start up with an open intake manifold due to me making the vaccum plate...

then i put vacumm plate back on but still had more vacuum open so idle is way high (dont mind the oil pressure light) problem fixed

then just idleing sounds good to me

so now the car is running megasquirt all bolted up and vacuum ran into it and boost gauge and vacuum to fuel pressure regulator and bov. but now i gotta run vaccm to the waste gate!!!!!!
what is the correct way of running this on the m20 engine???

waste gate has two ports. one on the top of waste gate and one in the middle section of the waste gate.

if im right it should be intake manifold to boost contorller to top of waste gate.and the middle port stays open? or it need to go back into vaccum and where? im a little confused
