Wow that interior, if you ever decide to take in orders to replicate your seats and such I'll be the first to sign up.

God bless, this is literally the sexiest E30 I've ever seen. So much inspiration.

Yessir! It was cheap, and I plan to wrap it with suede and stitch it up!

I agree. I'm happy I went with the full m rain pattern rather than the quilted diamonds. Thanks!

Thanks for following! Yep Scott recently reposted it :)

Not exactly. I plan to offer services probably specific to e30 factory interiors simply because I already have spent quite some time developing the templates. However there's a chance i'd be willing to look at it. What model is it?

Will do! It's a great material. However a little tricky to get the pattern centered. I end up having to use more material than I want to simply to get the pattern centered.

Thank you! Believe it or not, I used painters tape as a template. Coincidentally the roll I had on hand was the same 1-7/8 width as the diamonds.

No, physically using less m rain fabric by replacing that one "butt area" section with the diamond stitched suede. It also allows me to save some material for a few other projects I had planned out.

Thank you! I wasn't too sure I liked it at first either. I just really wanted to implement it. In person, I've got to say I wouldn't have it any other way. The whole idea of using the black stitching rather than red was to make it subtle and mesh better with the rest of the seat.
I'll take some proper photos once I'm done with the first seat and maybe they can change your mind :)
