        Got the car to start up today!! Fixed a few kinks in the wiring harness and got it to turn over with ease :)

                Thanks guys! Next is to get it to check the fuel pumps and do the brakes and after that get it running and on the road haha:D

                    Props on just diving in. Welds arent very pretty, but practice makes perfect :)

                        Finally got on summer break (it ends Monday :( ) but got a good amount of work in.
                        We checked the fuel pumps, for rust in the tank (thankfully no rust and the pumps work), ran new fuel lines and filter, fixed connection for the starter wire. Also with the help once again of our buddy Jason we built a set of coils for the car!!

                        Now time for tons of pics and a coil over building story haha:

                        Jason was kind enough to help us out with the this, actually he did the brunt of the work while I took pics and was good company/assistant :-P

                        Here are the og strut housings


                        and as per usual, rust......


                        The rust pretty much welded the gland nut to the housing, so we had no choice but to cut out the rust and weld in new pieces

                        After that the welds were ground down and the ring seats were welded on


                        then a little paint, a few pics and we're done!
