Man, there are a lot of walls...but that certainly looks like a seriously fun course.

JP - that car was a supercharged s52 318Ti. He was definitely not the one to be behind the wheel of such a car. He was the one who had to keep pointing me by :giggle: and got black flagged twice for some other unsafe things he did when he had to let people pass He had more car than he could handle, didn't want to learn the right approach, didn't learn good lines, went off the track onetime trying to follow and eventually developed some overheating issues :(

He walked up to me and asked me what engine mods I car had and what I had swapped in if at all. I told him it was a 318iS and he wasn't too happy. :pimp:

There was another person with a supercharged m3 who drove the majorit of the track in 2nd and 3rd and ended up blowing a headgasket :loco: . He also had to point me by :giggle:

If you come to the Oct. event - let me know. I will be there once I can get in when registration opens up.

I don't know what group I will be in but I hope to have fun with less "point bys from others" as I will now be more evenly matched by intermediate skill.

When you start off in D-group you get the mix of noobies with over prepped cars which is scary and it can give you false confidence. They waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles foot it in the turns. Braking and slowing down waay too much in the turns and then MASH the pedal in the straights with their m3s and m5s and what nots Classic moments are when an m42 is passing these supercharged m3s or m3s and m5s and they mash the pedal when they point you by on the straights :loco:
